At Flame Shack, we aim to get your fire pit or outdoor accessory to your door as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find all the important details about how we handle shipping.


Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer—but we’ll keep you updated if there are any delays.

Shipping Times & Estimates

We currently ship Australia-wide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Metro Areas (e.g. Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane) 3–7 business days
Regional Areas 5–10 business days
Remote Locations 7–14 business days

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

Large or Bulky Items

Some of our fire pits and accessories are large and may require a specialised courier service. In these cases:

  • Delivery may take slightly longer.
  • Someone may need to be present to accept the delivery.
  • We’ll contact you directly if any extra arrangements are required.

Delivery Instructions & Authority to Leave

  • You can add specific delivery instructions at checkout.
  • If no one is home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place if Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected.
  • If ATL is not selected, a card may be left with instructions for redelivery or pickup from your local depot.
