Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer—but we’ll keep you updated if there are any delays.
Shipping Times & Estimates
We currently ship Australia-wide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.
Large or Bulky Items
Some of our fire pits and accessories are large and may require a specialised courier service. In these cases:
- Delivery may take slightly longer.
- Someone may need to be present to accept the delivery.
- We’ll contact you directly if any extra arrangements are required.
Delivery Instructions & Authority to Leave
- You can add specific delivery instructions at checkout.
- If no one is home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place if Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected.
- If ATL is not selected, a card may be left with instructions for redelivery or pickup from your local depot.
